Very nice place. Amazing wine list. Charming tables

A beautiful restaurant well decorated and exquisite food. I enjoyed the beef tartare and carbonara pasta, both perfect! The staff here were so friendly too, we had just got back from a boat trip from Stromboli island so arrived very late and they welcomed us even though it was close to the closing time. Very kind and attentive people.

This is my second review ever of a restaurant - I love eating but I rarely (unfortunately) take the time to review. We had an absolutely spectacular meal here. Every dish was better than the last, a steak au poivre to rival any in Paris’, and Chiara the owner was so gracious to spend time talking with us about Sicily, Puglia and her restaurant’s history. We are working out how to modify our trip to come back.

Excellent meal and service, so happy to find a restaurant that does more than fish dishes! We had fillet steak and carbonara, both lovely and well cooked. Was great to deal with helpful happy staff who were more than accommodating when it came to helping us understand the menu.

We had 2 wonderful evenings in this lovely restaurant! The food is of an outstanding quality! The staff was very nice and made us feel comfortable all the time. I recommend this place for all people staying in Milazzo!!! We will come again soon

Living in Sicily we can eat fish every day, Milazzo has fantastic fish restaurants but, if you fancy something different, try Il Bagatto.....The ambient is warm and welcoming with soft jazz in the background but soft enough to enable conversation, there are stools at the bar which I chosen as dining alone.The staff are young, professional and friendly.I was in town and had heard good things so I decided to see for myself.The menu is ample and eclectic, I opted for the duck Foie Gras with plum sauce and plum pain d'epices.....the portion was just right served with wafer thin melba toast and the pain d'epices served lightly toasted was the best I have eaten outside of France.For my main I had the Leg of duck in grain mustard sauce with a jacket potato.....delicious with plenty of sauce to mash into the potato.A Colosi Salina bianco was a good choice as wine and a Montenegro as digestivo......All in all a place I will visit again if I get the chance.And I did, two days on the trot must mean it's good....Potato and truffle torte followed by the most tender veal cheek ever... #JayRayner needs to try this place.A lovely Etna Rosso to accompany.

After our boat excursion, we decided to check out the restaurant. It had a captivating charm and a delightful ambiance. After making a reservation and coming back, it lived up to our expectations. The cuisine was truly delectable and elegantly presented. The variety of wines available was impressive as well. The youthful and welcoming staff were adeptly trained. It's a place where you can enjoy a delightful time – I highly recommend it.

Fantastic taste and execution, from something as simple as the Bacala steamed to all sorts of meat dishes and pasta e.g. fresh tomato pasta with burrata and aubergine mousse... delicious! Totally recommended.
